Dear customers,

We would like to inform you that by Government Regulation No. 176/2024 Coll., Government Regulation No. 463/2013 Coll., on lists of addictive substances (text available here), has been amended. Based on this amendment, the following substances have been included in Annex No. 4 of this regulation with effect from July 1, 2024:

Hexahydrocannabiphorol (HHCP),
Hexahydrocannabiphorol-O-acetate (HHCP-acetate, HHCP-O),
Hexahydrocannabihexol (HHCH; HHC-C6),
Hexahydrocannabioctyl (HHCJD; HHC-C8),
Hexahydrocannabutol (HHCB; HHC-C4),
Tetrahydrocannabihexol (THCH; THC-H6),
Tetrahydrocannabioctyl (THCJD; THC-C8),
Tetrahydrocannabutol (THCB; THC-C4) and
Tetrahydrocannabiphorol-O-acetate (THCP-acetate, THCP-O).

For the reasons stated above, products containing these substances are no longer (and will not be in the future, unless there is a change in legislation) available on our website or in our stores. The product you selected contained one of the listed substances and has therefore been removed from our offer.Thank you for your understanding.
