CBD oils

What are CBD oils 🧴 and how are they used?

CBD oil is the perfect way to add a little more balance and well-being to your everyday life 🧘. The oils consist of two main ingredients – CBD extract and carrier oil (carrier) 🧴. The most common carrier oil is vegetable glycerin or oils such as MCT (coconut or palm), hemp seed oil or sunflower oil. Carrier oils not only help with dilution of the CBD but also with better absorption.

The types of CBD oils vary in their cannabinoid and phytochemical content 👇:

  • Full-spectrum oils: contain not only CBD, but also other cannabinoids, trace amounts of THC, terpenes, flavonoids and other components
  • Broad-spectrum: they do not contain THC but include other cannabinoids such as CBC, CBN, CBG and CBDA and differ in their phytochemical content
  • CBD isolate: the purest form, it consists of CBD alone, without other cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids or other substances from the cannabis plant

Each type has something different, depending on what you expect from CBD. Full-spectrum and broad-spectrum oils may produce what's known as the "entourage effect" – a synergistic interaction where cannabinoids, terpenes, and other plant compounds work together to enhance each other's effects ✨. This effect does not occur with CBD isolate, as it contains no other active compounds.

Cannabidiol (CBD) has many interesting benefits that make it useful in different areas of everyday life. It can help relieve pain and inflammation, provide relief from migraines, promote better sleep, help recover from exercise or calm the psyche during stress, anxiety and depression 🧘‍♂️.

Ways you can use CBD oil 👇:

  • Under the tongue (sublingually) 😝: the most common method for rapid absorption through the mucous membranes
  • Classic ingestion (orally) 🥄: drip onto a spoon, for example, and simply swallow. Absorption is slower, but the effect lasts longer.
  • In drinks ☕: add a few drops to tea, juice, smoothies or coffee
  • In food 🥗: can be added to salad and other dishes
  • In your own cosmetics 🌸: add CBD oil to a cream or balm for topical use

CBD oil dosage is an individual matter – we are all different and we all react differently. The size of the dose depends on several factors (body weight, age, metabolism, sensitivity, previous experience with CBD, but also the strength of the product itself).

📌 First time using CBD? Start with a small dose and increase gradually as needed.

Whether you're feeling stressed, struggling with insomnia, need pain relief or just want to live more in balance, we have a wide range of CBD oils and tinctures, including low-cost packages.

CBD Oils 5%

CBD oil with 5% means that 5% of the content is CBD extract and the remaining 95% is carrier oil. For example, a 15ml bottle contains 0.75ml of CBD, which corresponds to 750 mg of CBD.

This strength is ideal for beginners and more sensitive users.

Try 👇:

CBD Oils 10%

The 10% concentration of CBD oil is suitable for beginners and intermediate users. 10% of the content is CBD extract and the rest is carrier oil. For example, in a 30 ml bottle, this corresponds to 3,000 mg of CBD.

Try 👇:

CBD Oils 15%

The 15% strength oil is ideal for more experienced users, who are already familiar with CBD and seek effective relief, for example, from prolonged stress or during busy days when mental balance needs to be found.

Try 👇:

CBD Oils 20%

CBD oil at 20% contains 20% CBD – the rest is carrier oil. For a 30ml bottle, this means 6,000mg of CBD. This strength is ideal for advanced users who are familiar with CBD and need a more pronounced effect in smaller amounts – perhaps to aid sleep, calm high stress or as part of a regular body and mind care routine.

Try 👇:

CBD Oils 25%

CBD oil at 25% means that a quarter of the contents of the bottle is CBD extract, the rest is carrier. For a 10ml pack, it is equivalent to 2,500 mg of CBD, a 30ml bottle contains 7,500 mg of CBD.

This concentration is recommended for experienced users who already know how CBD works. For example, it is useful for pain and inflammation relief and for deep stress.

Try 👇:

CBD Oils 30%

Oils with 30% are some of the strongest concentrations on the market. For a 10ml bottle, this translates to 3,000mg of CBD, while a 30ml pack is equivalent to 9,000mg of CBD.

This concentration is especially popular with more experienced users who want maximum effect in the smallest possible dose. Ideal for those who need support with physical or mental stress, long-term stress, sleep problems or pain.

Try 👇:

CBD Oils 40%

One 10ml bottle contains 4,000mg of CBD extract, a 30ml pack contains 12,000mg of CBD.

This potency is primarily for users with extensive CBD experience who know they need the most potency in the least amount. A great choice for those who need a strong support for prolonged stress, physical strain, sleep problems or chronic pain relief.

Try 👇:

CBD and sleep

Do you have trouble falling asleep and need to promote better quality sleep 😴? Try CBD oils that are specially designed for evening relaxation and sleep support. Some of them also contain melatonin and CBN, a cannabinoid that shows potential in treating insomnia.

Try 👇:

CBD Sprays

Dropper not for you? Never mind! CBD sprays are the ideal choice for anyone who wants fast, accurate and convenient dosing. A great alternative to classic CBD oils, plus cool flavours 🍋☘️. Just spray in your mouth, hold and swallow. There is also a CBD nasal spray.

Try 👇:

CBD Tinctures

CBD tinctures are quickly absorbed, often have a stronger herbal taste. Hemp extract is mixed with a solvent, which can be alcohol, glycerine, water or vegetable oil such as MCT oil.

CBD oils are more concentrated, but tinctures have a longer shelf life. They are usually administered by dropper directly under the tongue and can also be added to food and drinks.

We offer tinctures with a base of water or plant oils like MCT – including NANO CBD formulas for better absorption and blends enhanced with herbs 🌿.
