Loyalty Program
The Loyalty Program is designed to reward regular customers. Through it, frequent shoppers earn points in the loyalty system (hereinafter referred to as points), which can then be used for future purchases. The total order value is reduced by the value of the points.
Points can be earned:
- For purchases of a certain value
- By rating a product and writing a review
To earn points, you must be logged into your user account, and the points will be automatically added to your account. The current number of points and the option to review products can be found in your account details.
Customers can only rate products they have purchased, and only after 7 days from the order date.
It is possible to submit a maximum of 5 reviews per week.
Points are calculated only from the value of the products.
For every 1 EUR spent, you will earn 1 point.
1 EUR = 1 point (points are rounded down to whole numbers).
Rating a product with stars will earn you 3 points.
Writing a review for a product will earn you 5 points.
How to redeem points?
In the cart with your selected products, check the option "Use loyalty points," or choose how many points you want to redeem.
Points can only be redeemed if you are logged in.
Points are valid for 365 days from the date they are awarded.
Points can be redeemed only up to 50% of the product price.
The value of one point when redeemed is 0.04 EUR, meaning each point reduces the order value by 0.04 EUR.
Conditions for the return of loyalty points
- Return of goods:
If a customer returns goods for which they earned loyalty points, those points will be automatically deducted from their account. If the points from that order have already been used, the customer's point balance will become negative. - Order cancellation:
In the case of a canceled order for which loyalty points were awarded, these points will be deducted from the customer's account immediately after the cancellation is processed.
