The flowers are very aromatic, we enjoy the most fresh scent in spring or early summer, when the buds develop into beautiful flowers. The flowers release fragrant essential oils after dusk, which is why the flowers are collected at night before dawn. This is probably where the Indian name for jasmine comes from - "queen of the night". Very expensive oil is obtained from collected jasmine flowers. It is said that the scent of jasmine caresses the soul and mind. External use: Jasmine is often used in dermatology. It has an antiseptic and anti-inflammatory effect. The decoction of flowers is therefore used to wash the affected skin. Traditional use: Jasmine tea is prepared to taste, from 1-3 teaspoons of dried flower, which we pour 300-500 ml hot water. When combined with green tea, it is advisable to pour water over the mixture at a temperature of 75-80 ° C.
