Salvia Paradise Clove 1000g

Clove is an evergreen tropical tree growing up to 25 m in height. Its home is the islands of Indonesia, but today it is also grown in other tropical parts of the world, such as the islands in the Indian Ocean. The supportive, petiolate leaves grow up to 13 cm long and 6 cm wide. The subject of the collection are fully developed flower buds, which are dried in the sun and are further used mainly as a spice, but also in phytotherapy. Interestingly, the tree reaches its full fertility after 20 years of life, then it is able to give birth for another 50 years. Use: Cloves can be added to savory and sweet dishes, compotes or drinks (mulled wine). To release the maximum aroma, we recommend crushing the cloves first.
