Anise has been used as a spice in ancient times in the Mediterranean. This area is also considered his homeland. The taste is reminiscent of licorice, so it is used in cold dishes, but also in the production of pastries, sauces and other heat-treated dishes.

Traditional use:
Pour 200 ml of boiling water over one teaspoon of dried fruit and let it infuse. We use the infusion prepared in this way up to 3 times a day. It is used as a spice according to need and taste.
