100 % Organic Ingredients: milled buckwheat, raw sprouted oat flakes, sprouted buckwheat, dried apples, lucuma powder, hemp seeds (10 %), coconut sugar, raisins, cinnamon (1 %).

Suggested Use / Preparation:
Pour warm water or milk alternative (up to 42 °C) over 4 large tablespoons of the breakfast mix. Stir and wait for 2 minutes. Add slices of fresh fruit (banana, strawberry, apple, etc.). You can sweeten it with agave syrup or coconut sugar. The mix can also be used as a topping, i.e. add one or two tablespoons to cereal porridge or rice pudding, oat flakes, yoghurt, etc. to flavour your breakfast and increase its nutritive value.
