Suggested Use / Preparation: Pour warm water or milk alternative (up to 42 °C) over 4 large tablespoons of the breakfast mix. Stir and wait for 2 minutes. Add slices of fresh fruit (banana, strawberry, apple, etc.). You can sweeten it with agave syrup or coconut sugar.
