10-OH-HHC Oils and Drops
What are 10-OH-HHC oils and drops?
10-OH-HHC oils and drops are cannabinoid oils containing 10-hydroxy-hexahydrocannabinol, abbreviated as 10-OH-HHC 🧴. The oils are made by mixing 10-OH-HHC extract with a carrier oil, such as MCT oil (coconut, palm oil), olive, hemp, sunflower and avocado oil and other commonly used oils in food and dietary supplements.
For example, an oil with 10% 10-OH-HHC means that 10% of the content is 10-OH-HHC extract and the remaining 90% is made up of carrier oil.
One of the main benefits of 10-OH-HHC oils is that the effects last longer compared to other methods of use such as vaporisation. However, the onset of effects is longer compared to vapes.

- Sublingual application: The drops are applied directly under the tongue, allowing the active ingredients to be absorbed quickly into the bloodstream.
- Oral ingestion: Adding the oil to food or drinks, the onset of effects develops more slowly than with sublingual application.
The molecule 10-OH-HHC is a hydroxy derivative of hexahydrocannabinol (HHC). A hydroxyl group (-OH) is added at the 10th position of the carbon chain of HHC. This change is the result of enzymatic oxidation involving cytochrome P450 (found primarily in the liver).
The 10-OH-HHC products are produced by chemical synthesis from HHC.
10-OH-HHC has effects similar to THC or HHC, but with potentially lower intensity, due to the fact that 10-OH-HHC has low bioavailability and is rapidly eliminated from the body.
Expected effects include altered perception, feelings of euphoria and relaxation, and increased appetite.
